"Checkout Was Actually Straightforward"
I was pleasantly surprised that there weren’t any random fees suddenly popping up at checkout, which shouldn’t feel like such a rare thing, but here we are. The price stayed the price, and I appreciated not having to play the usual guessing game at the end

"Those mountain views... wow"
Woke up and just kind of stopped for a second because the mountain views were so pretty. Like, that alone made the whole stay feel a little more special. Really enjoyed it and yeah, I’d definitely book again.

"I mean, overall it worked out fine for..."
I mean, overall it worked out fine for our dog, so I can’t really complain too much, but it wasn’t totally perfect either. The stay itself was decent and our pet seemed okay, which is obviously the main thing, but the fees kind of threw me off. I wish they’d been explained more clearly upfront because I kept feeling like, wait, is that included or is that extra? So yeah, not a bad experience, just a little more confusing than I expected.

"I stayed here with a group…"
I stayed here with a group of friends, and overall the house worked out really well for us. There was plenty of space for everyone, and check-in was super easy, which made the whole arrival process stress-free. A couple of small areas could’ve been a bit cleaner, but it wasn’t anything that really affected our stay. I’d definitely consider booking with avantstay again for another group trip.

"Felt Safe and Stress-Free"
I stayed at an AvantStay place with my family, and from my experience, it felt really safe and easy the whole time. The door code worked without any issues, the check-in instructions were clear, and I personally liked that the house had solid locks and outdoor lighting. Not having to meet anyone or keep track of keys was a big plus for me. I had one quick question about the alarm, and support got back to me fast. Overall, I felt secure there, and that made the trip a lot less stressful

"Well-Maintained and Easy Stay"
We stayed at an AvantStay home last weekend, the place was kept up really well. Everything was clean, working properly, and there weren’t any of those annoying little issues you sometimes run into with rentals. We did have a small problem with a door lock, but someone came out quickly and took care of it. That’s really all you can ask for, clean place, things work, and if something comes up, it gets handled. I’d definitely stay again.

"Easy refund after we had to cancel"
We ended up having to cancel our trip last minute because of something with family, and I expected the refund process to be a hassle.
Avant Stay got back to us quickly, explained everything clearly, and the money showed up sooner than I thought it would. It was just handled without a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated

We stayed with Avant Stay and the place was even better than I expected, the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the pool area was clean and easy to enjoy without any hassle. It was one of those stays where we felt settled in almost right away and didn’t have to overthink anything, I’d definitely book again.

I booked a place on avantstay it was smooth from start to finish. The calendar and pricing were crystal clear, like there was absolutely no guessing involved. It took me a minute to track down a couple of details, but seriously, nothing that would stop me from booking again...

"Comfy family stay with just a few small things"
We stayed at an Avantstay house with my family, i felt good about choosing it. The beds were comfortable, the couch was big enough for all of us to hang out, and the kitchen had enough basics to make things easy. A couple of chairs looked a little worn and one lamp was a bit loose, but it really wasn’t anything that affected the trip. For what we needed, it was cozy, comfortable, and easy to settle into. I’d stay again

We stayed with AvantStay and it was peaceful. We didn’t really hear much from neighbors or the street, and the house felt nice and private. It was easy to just relax without feeling watched or bothered. I’d definitely book again...

"Pretty straightforward fees"
I booked with Avant Stay and, unless I somehow missed something, the fees felt upfront. The cleaning fee and service charge were shown before I paid, so there wasn’t any weird surprise at the end. I always second-guess whether I’m actually reading these checkout pages carefully, but this one was easy to understand. Knowing the total early made it way easier to split with friends. Simple, fair, 5 stars from me.

"Really clean and comfortable"
We were really happy with how clean the place was when we arrived. The bathrooms and kitchen especially looked spotless, which made it easy to settle in right away. I can’t really think of anything major to complain about, maybe just a tiny detail here or there, but nothing that affected our stay at all.

"I still remember standing there at the…"
I still remember standing there at the door with our bags, feeling that little wave of panic when the lock code wouldn’t work. It wasn’t exactly the arrival I had pictured, and I was definitely stressed for a few minutes. But AvantStay support got back to us faster than I expected and helped us get inside after a bit. It wasn’t a perfect start, but the way they handled it made a real difference. I’d book with them again.

"Super easy check-in"
Check-in was really smooth for us. We got the code and all the info before we arrived, and everything worked right away. After a long drive, it was nice not having to wait around or call anyone. Based on this experience, it seems like they’ve got the process well figured out.

avantstay did answer my questions, so there’s that. The information was clear once they finally got back to me, but the response time wasn’t exactly impressive. I just wish I didn’t have to chase them for updates, because apparently staying informed was more of a DIY situation
